Shipping & Handling

Items ship in 1-12 business days from the order date. 

We do our very best to ship your styles the best we can, but shipping carriers can run late and shipping times vary for each package, based on destination and origin. Misstook is not responsible for any delays after your item has been shipped.

For international orders, customs fees can apply. We do not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Contact your post office or local government for more information on customs fees.

Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.

Shipping carriers sometimes do not deliver to paricular addresses, and Misstook is not obligated to use a particular vendor.

Returns&Refunds

We are a short-run luxury fashion boutique with limited quantities made and available. All sales are final.
